Integrity flags
Surface events that may need attention without letting software decide what they mean. ImpactHire records integrity events during monitored assessments and AI interviews, then leaves your hiring team to review the context and decide whether any action is needed.
What we record
During a monitored session, ImpactHire can record events such as:
- The candidate moving to another browser tab.
- Text being pasted.
- Another person appearing on camera.
- The camera stopping.
Events are tied to the relevant point in the recording or question so they can be reviewed in context.
ImpactHire can group the result into a band based on whether major or minor events were recorded.
Integrity events are separate from scoring. They do not change the candidate's assessment score.
A person decidesAn integrity event records what ImpactHire observed. It does not decide that the candidate cheated or committed misconduct.
An event does not:
- Reduce the candidate's score.
- Automatically move the candidate.
- Automatically reject the candidate.
- Make a hiring decision.
A person reviews the event and decides what it means in context.
Candidates are told about monitoring before they begin a monitored session.
